Set boost limit parameters depending on engine coolant temperature, air intake temperature long term fuel trim

parameters acquired from the oem ECU through the OBD port.

Also set boost limit depending on differential fuel pressure acquired from an external fuel pressure sensor.

TFSI/TSI mode

The LTFT deviation limit is replaced with a maximum allowed knock retard limit to guard the engine against low octane fuel.
