All out-of-warranty repair charges, shipping fees, and additional fees must be fully paid, upon receipt of invoice, before the repaired product is returned.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

In your email, include:

  • Product details
  • Issue description
  • Any relevant images or documentation

Initially, our technical team will attempt to help you resolve the issue remotely.

If remote troubleshooting is unsuccessful, the device will need to be sent to our facilities for inspection and repair.

STEPS FOR THE RETURN PROCESS:

  1. Receive return authorization from our support team before shipping the product.
  2. Securely pack the device to prevent shipping damage. Plex Tuning is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
  3. Use a reliable courier, preferably DHL.
  4. We strongly recommend insuring your package for added protection.

REPAIR COSTS AND SHIPMENT FEES

Products Under Warranty

  • Repairs or replacements are free of charge under warranty.
  • Customers cover shipping costs to our facilities; Plex Tuning covers return shipping.
  • Warranty Exclusions: If the device is found to have been misused, tampered with, or damaged due to improper handling, the warranty will be void. In such cases, repair costs and additional fees will apply.

Products Out of Warranty

  • Costs apply for parts and labor.
  • A cost estimate will be provided, and repairs will only begin after customer approval.
  • Customers cover all shipping costs.

Once repairs are complete, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details and the courier information.

EU CONSUMERS LEGAL RIGHTS

For private individuals purchasing for personal (non-commercial) use, EU law provides a two-year warranty in addition to Plex Tuning’s one-year product warranty for defects found within two years of delivery. Plex Tuning will repair or replace defective products within this period, unless damage results from misuse or improper handling. For defects covered under the statutory warranty, Plex Tuning will cover all shipping costs in accordance with EU regulations.

NON-EU CUSTOMERS

  3. Schedule the shipment via DHL under “temporary import” terms, following our guidelines.
  4. Wait for additional paperwork from Plex Tuning, which is required for customs clearance. This will be provided after the return is approved.
