Certain PLEX TUNING products may be used solely on vehicles used in sanctioned competition which may never be used on a public road or highway, unless permitted by specific regulatory exemption. It is the responsibility of the installer or user of these products to ensure that they are used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and these products must not be purchased if the intent is to use them in an unlawful manner.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Prices for our products are listed excluding VAT and are subject to change without prior notice. Occasionally our website may contain information that includes typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. The official domain name is www.plex-tuning.com or www.plextuning.com. PLEX TUNING O.E. reserves the rights to all domain names containing its trademark “PLEX TUNING.”.
Under no circumstances shall third parties independently register versions of this domain name.
PLEX TUNING O.E. distributors and dealers may host their own web sites to promote and sell PLEX TUNING products. However, the domain names may not contain the name PLEX TUNING.
PLEX TUNING O.E. may, upon request and review, place links from plex-tuning.com to these sites and links may be located in the dealer lists.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by PLEX TUNING O.E..

Plex Tuning products are designed for off-road use only and do not claim to meet local safety or emissions laws. The specifications provided in product documentation, advertising, on our website, and other materials are subject to change at Plex Tuning’s discretion without prior notice. Plex Tuning assumes no responsibility for any claims or damages arising from the use of its documentation or products, including, but not limited to, claims or damages based on the infringement of patents, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
Eligibility for Warranty
To be eligible for warranty coverage, all Plex Tuning products must be registered within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Warranty Period
Plex Tuning offers a one-year warranty for electronic devices. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Coverage
Plex Tuning warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the specified period. If a defect is discovered, Plex Tuning will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge, including parts and labor. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is installed and used in accordance with Plex Tuning’s instructions. Any damage resulting from improper use, installation, or unauthorized modification is excluded from warranty coverage.
For EU Consumers
If your product is defective within the two-year statutory warranty period under EU law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These rights exist in addition to Plex Tuning’s one-year warranty.

Return for repair
Attention: To return a product for repair under warranty, please follow the detailed instructions in our Repair Policy section.
Returns for EU Consumer (Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU consumer law, consumers may return non-defective products within 14 days of purchase.
Please ensure that you follow the instructions stated below for the return process.
Conditions for Returns:
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
• Prior written approval from Plex Tuning is required.
• The product must be unused, in resellable condition, and returned in its original packaging.
• The return will be processed only after the item is received and inspected.
Return Instructions
Please follow the instructions below when packing and sending your product for return:
• Contact us at [email protected] with your proof of purchase (invoice) and the reason for return
• Wait for approval before shipping the product to our facilities.
• Upon return approval, please use a secure courier shipping method
• Use the original packaging to return the item.
• Pack carefully to prevent damage during shipping. Plex Tuning is NOT responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
• EU consumers are responsible for shipping costs to our facilities. No restocking fee will apply during this 14-day cooling-off period, as required by EU law.

Exclusions to Warranty
This warranty does not cover:
• Cosmetic damage (e.g., finishes, normal wear and tear).
• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, tampering, unreasonable use, or failure to follow the provided installation and operation instructions.
• Products that have been modified or used for commercial purposes, or serviced by unauthorized repair agents.
• Failure to perform reasonable maintenance.
Limitation of Liability
The warranty provided above, along with Plex Tuning’s obligations and liabilities, and the customer’s rights and remedies, are exclusive and replace all other warranties, guarantees, obligations, liabilities, rights, and remedies, whether expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, as well as any obligations or liabilities arising from tort or resulting in loss of use, revenue, profit, or any incidental or consequential damages.
