The PLEX EXP-Boost is a CAN-based boost control unit that manages up to two solenoid valves and two electronic wastegates, delivering precise, adaptive boost strategies. Mounted near the engine, it minimizes wiring complexity while ensuring high-speed, closed-loop control.
With software-defined fuses for power distribution, multiple boost presets, and full CAN-bus compatibility, the EXP-Boost offers unmatched versatility for custom setups and professional applications.

For over 12 years, our electronic boost controllers have set new standards in functionality and reliability. The original PLEX PBC PRO was the first OBDII CAN Bus-equipped boost controller, introducing 6D control, EGT protection, AFR monitoring, and more.
In 2015, we added firmware updates, boost histogram logging, advanced diagnostics, and expanded TFSI & Porsche turbo compatibility.
Now, the PLEX EXP-Boost continues this legacy as a standalone, fully custom CAN Bus device, offering advanced boost control, software-defined power distribution, and support for up to two solenoid valves and two electronic wastegates—all in a compact, display-free design.
